Demo Skydiving Jumps
In skydiving terminology, hiring skydivers is referred to as a demo jump, often conducted outside registered airfields. For jumps performed outside registered airfields, specific documentation is required to comply with laws and regulations. However, if it involves recording promotional videos at a registered airfield, no additional documentation beyond our standard procedures is necessary.

Off-airfield jumps can be conducted in numerous locations around the world, limited only by your creativity. The Skydive Croatia team has experience performing jumps not only in Croatia but internationally, ensuring that your event, no matter where it is held, becomes a spectacular and unforgettable experience.
We’ve been engaged to perform jumps at private parties, including birthdays, weddings, engagements, and graduations, as well as at large-scale events such as sports competitions, football match openings, public festivals, concerts, and promotional material shoots for TV stations, musicians, and corporations. Locations can range from sports fields, town squares, private estates, hills, beaches, and more.
However, specific safety factors must always be considered:
- The area must be suitable and safe for skydiver landings, free from obstacles such as power lines, tall buildings, trees, fences, etc.
- If a water body deeper than 150 cm is within 50 meters of the landing area, a water rescue team with a motorized boat must be present.

Who Are the "Event Skydivers" Performing These Jumps?
According to Croatian skydiving regulations, off-airfield jumps can be performed by skydivers with a B-license (minimum landing area of 100 meters in diameter). However, Skydive Croatia employs D-license skydivers, the highest category, with no restrictions on landing area diameter.
Our event skydivers have thousands of jumps (individually) and specialize in precision landing, a discipline in which they compete nationally and internationally. Proudly, our demo skydivers have represented Croatia in precision landing at European and world championships, ensuring your idea is executed safely and successfully.
Off-Airfield Jumps for Events - Required Documentation and Responsibility
When you hire Skydive Croatia for off-airfield jumps, our team handles almost all required documentation. If spectators are present, we prepare and submit the Aeronautical Event Plan to the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency (CCAA) and request event approval. For non-spectator jumps, we submit a request for off-airfield jump approval.
We coordinate and reserve the airspace with Croatian Air Traffic Control, which issues permission for an Ad hoc structure for skydiving. We notify local police about the event and maintain a daily log of skydiving activities. Additionally, the landowner’s written permission is required for the landing site, which is obtained by the client hiring the skydivers.
